ADMISSION CRITERIA
Allocation of Points on the Basis of Criteria:-
Age Eligibility:
- Child should be less than 04 years as on 31st March 2025 but should have completed 3 years. However, age relaxation up to 30 days may be granted in minimum as well as maximum age limit in this class as per Circular No. (F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/6455-6464) dated 11th November 2024. Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application with addressing Principal at the school reception for seeking this relaxation with Registration Form before 20.12.2024 (Friday).
- A valid e-mail id and mobile number of the parents is required for communication.
- Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation of registration.
- Upload the self-attested scanned copies of the following documents at the time of Registration
- Soft Copy of colour Photograph in jpeg. jpg format(not more than 3 months old. Passport size photograph (Child, Father & Mother each) with 80% face coverage(Limit size 20kb).
- Attach Google map for calculation of distance from school (aerial distance). For Example. Click here
- Self Attested Scanned copy of Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Municipal Corporation.
- Self Attsted copy of the documents valid as Residential Address Proof (submit any one of the below mentioned):
- Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.
- Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
- Voter I Card of any of the parents.
- Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill.
- Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.
- Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- Copy of latest paid fee bill of the sibling, if studying in MDH International School, Dwarka(No information of cousin is allowed).
- Self attested scanned Copy of Aadhar Card of the student and both the parent
- Fill in the particulars of the child(name,parents' name and date of birth) correctly.The date of birth filled in the FORM MUST TALLY WITH THE ONE RECORDED IN THE DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE. No corrections will be done after submission of the form.
- Complete information of both parents is to be provided.
- Incomplete applcation forms or wrong application is liable to rejection.
- Forms submitted via fax, e-mail or any mode other than online will not be accepted.
- Submitting the form does not guarantee admission.
- Caste certificate issued by SDM is required in case of SC/ST/OBC/Other, applicant and the parent.
- Medical certificate issued by Govt Hospital is required in case of child with special needs/disabilities.
