Age Eligibility:
- Child should be less than 04 years as on 31st March 2026 but should have completed 3 years. However, age relaxation up to 30 days may be granted in minimum as well as upper age limit in this class as per Circular No. (F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/9179-9188) dated 22nd November 2025. Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application with addressing Principal at the school reception for seeking this relaxation with Registration Form before 27.12.2025 (Saturday).
- The Printout of the online filled form should be submitted along with required (Self Attested) documents at the school before the last date of Registration i.e. 27.12.2025
- Pay Registration fee of Rs. 25/- online for completion of the registration
- The form shall be considered for Admission only after the successful payment of the Registration Fee.
- Registration will be done ONLINE through our website www.mdhinternationalschool.co.in
- Kindly recheck all the details carefully before submission of the form. No rectifications will be made after the application form is submitted.
- School shall not be held responsible for the non-receipt of confirmation sent by post. Incomplete or incorrect applications shall be rejected.
- Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation of registration.
- Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents submitted/uploaded with the form.
- Registration will be cancelled if the documents supplied by parent at the time of filling of form are found incorrect or false.
- Self-attested scanned copies of the following documents to be submitted along with the Form otherwise the Registration Form will be rejected without giving any notice (scanned copy-Limit size- 2MB per document)
- Passport size photograph (Child, Father & Mother each) with 80% face coverage in jpg/jpeg (Limit size 20kb) format only.
- Attach Google map for calculation of distance from school (aerial distance). For Example. Click here
- Age proof: - Scanned copy of Birth Certificate bearing name of the Applicant issued by Municipal Corporation.
- Address Proof (submit any one of the following):-
- Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.
- Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
- Voter I Card of any of the parents.
- Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill.
- Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.
- Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- For sibling, attach photocopy of latest paid fee bill (October to December 2025). Cousins and relatives are not considered as siblings.
- Caste certificate issued by SDM is required in case of SC/ST/OBC/Other of the applicant and the parent.
- Medical certificate issued by Govt. Hospital is required in case of child with special needs/disabilities
- No interview with parent / child.
- No weightage for parent's educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
